At Vivi Farm, we take great pride in delivering fresh, healthy products right to your doorstep with care and consistency. Our team ensures each order is carefully packed and dispatched on time, so you receive your items in the best possible condition.

🚚 Shipping Information

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹399.
  

• Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
  

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your package should reach you within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner.
  

• Delivery Areas: We currently do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, military zones (e.g., APO/FPO), or remote-restricted zones.
  

If your delivery area is not serviceable, our team will notify you and initiate an alternative arrangement or refund in the form of store credit.

🌿 Returns & Replacement

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. At Vivi Farm, we aim to make the return process easy and transparent.

🔁 What items are eligible for return?

• We do not accept returns on live plants as they are sensitive to temperature, light, and shipping conditions. These fragile items often cannot survive a round trip in transit.
  

• Non-plant products (like gardening tools, pots, etc.) can be returned within 14 days of delivery — but only if they are damaged or defective.
  

💳 Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds.
  

• Instead, if your product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we will issue you a store credit or voucher for the same value, which you can use on a future purchase.

📝 Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect non-plant product:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
   

2. Share a clear photo or video of the product showing the issue.
   

3. Once approved by our support team, you may return the product to our address.
   

4. After we receive and verify the return, we will issue your store credit.
   

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We do not provide a prepaid return label.
