Return & Refund Policy

At Vivi Farm, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to delivering healthy plants and quality products with care and responsibility. However, since we deal with live plants and perishable items, returns are limited and handled under specific circumstances. Please review our policy below to understand how we manage returns and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

We do not accept returns on products unless they meet one of the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or in unusable condition.

  • You received an item different from what you ordered.

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste, or minor cosmetic variations (like slight bending of stems, leaf color shifts, or temporary wilting due to transit) will not be accepted. These are normal and expected with live plants and do not affect the health or growth of the product.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Delayed complaints may not be eligible for return or refund.

To raise a request, send the following to support@vivifarm.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8918792432:

  • Your order ID

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

  • An image of the outer packaging and the shipping label

This helps us verify the issue and offer the appropriate resolution.

3. Return Process (If Approved)

Once our team verifies your claim and confirms that it qualifies for a return or refund:

  • We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • Please return the product in its original packaging to prevent further damage.

  • Return shipping will be covered by us through a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds and Replacements

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You may receive a replacement product, full refund, or a store credit, depending on what you prefer and stock availability.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued back to your original method of payment and may take 5–14 business days to reflect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Seeds (due to germination variability and hygiene concerns)

  • Plants that were healthy upon delivery but later deteriorated due to care errors

  • Custom gift packaging or made-to-order items

  • Digital/downloadable products

6. Restocking Fees

In rare cases where returns are accepted outside of damage or error (e.g., mistaken double order):

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply.

  • This helps us cover handling, packaging, and logistics costs.

7. Other Guidelines

  • Products must be returned in original condition: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • If plants are returned in poor condition due to improper handling or delayed shipping, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability during delivery.
